Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StatGuide.AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

StatGuide.AI provides a platform for statistical analysis workflows, report generation, and related productivity features.

User Accounts

Account Requirements

  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • You must be at least 13 years old.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.
  • One account per user unless otherwise authorized by us.

Account Security

  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
  • You are responsible for activities under your account.

Acceptable Use

You may use the Service to run analyses and generate reports for lawful purposes.

You may not:

  • Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Use the Service in a way that harms others or infringes rights

Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

Current pricing, plans, and billing terms are shown on our pricing page and are incorporated into these Terms.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You can cancel through your account settings at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the active billing period.

Refund Policy

  • Used credits for completed analyses are not refundable.
  • If an analysis fails due to a technical issue on our side, associated credits are eligible for automatic or support-assisted restoration.
  • Refunds are not provided solely due to dissatisfaction with analysis output quality, which may vary.

Intellectual Property

Our Rights

  • We own the Service software, platform, and associated trademarks.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create unauthorized derivative works of the Service.

Your Rights

  • You retain rights in data and materials you provide, subject to rights needed to operate Service.
  • We do not claim ownership of your underlying data.

Feedback

Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation, compensation, or attribution.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be affected by maintenance, third-party outages, or upstream dependencies.

A/B Testing and Experimentation

You acknowledge we may present different interface variants, feature arrangements, or flow steps across users or sessions for measurement, usability, reliability, and performance optimization.

We may discontinue or replace variants at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "As Is"

  • The Service is provided without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • Analysis outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.
  • You should not rely solely on the Service for legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional decisions.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, goodwill loss, or business interruption.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StatGuide.AI, its owner, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

By You

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • You may request account deletion.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • We may suspend Service for non-payment.
  • We may discontinue Service with reasonable notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, contact us at admin@statguide.ai to attempt informal resolution.

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where small claims court jurisdiction applies.

Class Action Waiver

Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You waive participation in class actions and collective arbitrations.

General Provisions

  • Governing law: New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  • Severability: if one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
  • Waiver: failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Entire agreement: these Terms, Privacy Policy, and pricing terms form the full agreement between you and StatGuide.AI.
  • Survival: Intellectual Property, Refund Policy (accrued obligations), Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and General Provisions survive termination.

No Affiliation

StatGuide.AI is an independent platform and is not affiliated with Google or YouTube.
